Brodie McClymont has won the 2010 Nell van de Graaff
Classic on countback. He scored 5/6, with Moulthun Ly,
Vladimir Smirnov and Jan Priborsky also scoring 5.
The teams event was won by the Mark Stokes team from
Redcliffe Chess Club. The team was Brodie McClymont, Tony
Weller, Mark Stokes and Michelle Cotton. There were
52 players.
 This tournament is named in honour of Nell van de Graaff (pictured, aged 95) who until recently played competitive chess and still enjoys a daily game against her chess computer.
