Queensland Inter-Schools Teams Finals

Kings Christian College and All Saints Anglican School have won the Secondary and Primary sections respectively of the 2007 Queensland Inter-Schools Championships.
 
It was very gratifying to see 16 secondary and 20 primary team winners of the various regions competing for state honours, and the opportunity to participate in the Australian finals, which this year are being held in Brisbane at Somerville House, on the weekend of 1/2 December. A total of 170 students participated in the finals. Over 3,000 students competed statewide in the event.

All Girls Interschool Finals

Somerset College defeated Somerville House in a match to decide the Qld Secondary All Girls Teams Champions for 2007 at the Marymac Centre, Annerley.

In the primary section, the places were reversed, with Somerville House winning from Somerset College with Fernvale in 3rd place. Thirteen teams participated in the primary comp.

 
The two winning teams will represent Queensland at the Australian Schools Teams Finals which this year are being held in Brisbane at Somerville House.
