Results

Round 1

Ballina Public School have deservedly won the Tweed to Ballina Inter-School competition for Term One 2006. They played as a team, and won by just half a point from St Joseph's Tweed Heads on 21, with Emmanuel College Ballina third on 19. Lindisfarne and Centaur finished on 17, with St John's on 16.5.

This was a well contested competition, with the good sportsmanship that we have come to expect from these events. Watch out for 7-year-old Jesse Lepre from Centaur who showed a lot of promise, and defeated the number one seed, Jarrod Laverty.
