This is an inexpensive and ideal set for every day use for schools and at home. Very durable Staunton style pieces made from PVC which will last for many years. The king is 95 mm. Replacement pieces are always available.

The pieces and the board can be bought separately at $18 each. The set of pieces come in 2 polythene bags and they are black and cream in colour. The board (57mm squares, 50cm overall) is made from hard-wearing vinyl and is dark green and cream, with the coordinates displayed on the borders.

We also stock roll-up boards made from quality vinyl at only $10. These are ideal for teaching where there is a need to transport a number of sets because they are lighter in weight than the fold-up boards. They too come in dark green and cream and display the coordinates. These are also well discounted if 10 or more are purchased.
