We have some high quality chess sets but we also stock the standard hard-wearing vinyl tournament sets that are particularly suitable for schools. We can order themed sets (these include Star Trek, Lord of the Rings, Cavalry and Indians, and Isle of Lewis sets) for collectors (though we don't recommend these for everyday chess because the pattern recognition of the standard Staunton-style pieces is so important for children developing their game).

We also have clocks of various kinds, videos, CDs, chess computers and chess software for PCs. If you want to set up outdoor chess, no problem - we have, or can quickly obtain, giant and terrace chess sets and light-weight nylon mats.

Our stock of books is excellent, catering to the young beginner and to much more advanced players. We import them in bulk directly from overseas and thus can give schools a very special price.
