IM Peter Froehlich has very convincingly won the 2006
Gold Coast Active Championship. WIM Arianne Caoili came
second on countback from young Jonas Muller who again
showed his talent.
Ratings Group winners were:
Shaun Curtis won the prize for Worongary students.
Penelope Bristow won the ratings prize. Other juniors to
stand out were Yitao Lei, Gene Nakauchi, Kenji
Nakauchi and Leteisha Simmonds.
78 players participated.
